ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. General Instructions

• Abstracts must be submitted through the official conference portal/email before 5th July 2026.
• The authors must be registered for the conference.
• The submitted work must be original and should not have been previously published or presented at another conference.
• All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. The decision of the Scientific Committee regarding acceptance and presentation category shall be final.
• Ethical approval should be obtained wherever applicable.
• Authors are responsible for the scientific accuracy of the submitted work.

2. Categories of Submission

Undergraduates are eligible to apply for Poster & Post-graduates, and faculty and practitioners are eligible to apply for a paper presentation.

Abstracts may be submitted under the following categories for paper or e-poster presentation:

• A. Original Research
• B. Case Reports/Case Series
• C. Review Studies
• D. Innovations and Technology

3. Abstract Preparation Guidelines

Format

• Language: English
• Maximum Word Count: 300 words (excluding title and authors)

4. Paper Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Duration

• Presentation: 7 minutes
• Q & A Session : 3 minutes
• Total: 10 minutes
• Maximum no of authors :02 (both should be registered)

5. Poster Presentation Guidelines

Presentation duration:

• Presentation: 3 minutes
• Q&A Session: 2 minutes)
• Maximum no of authors:02 (both should be registered)
• Portrait orientation preferred
• Aspect ratio: 9:16 or 4:3
• Resolution: Minimum Full HD (1080 × 1920 pixels or higher)
• Use minimal text and maximum visuals
• Maintain clear section headings
• Use high-contrast colours for readability
